In the context of the European network SCENTINEL "Building integrative single cell omics capacities using invertebrate tumor models relevant to human disease" (https://www.twinning-scentinel.eu/), we are offering one Bioinformatician position in the Delidakis lab at IMBB.

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior bioinformatician (Bachelor or Master degree) to implement FAIR data management, analyze single cell genomics datasets, and establish integrative pipelines, in the context of studying neural tumours in Drosophila. S/he will work closely with Dr. V. Theodorou and will communicate regularly with experienced bioinformaticians from partners’ institutes. S/he will additionally have the opportunity to travel and receive in-person excellent training in advanced bioinformatics. The partners are Angela Giangrande (IGMBC, Strasbourg), Nikos Konstantinides (IJM, Paris), Mattias Mannervik (Stockholm University), Camille-Stephane Otto-Attolini & Freddy Monteiro (IRB, Barcelona).
